DESCRIPTION:The VTS Beginner Practicum is designed to get educators -even with no background in the arts- running effective VTS discussions on their own. This course is an entry to basic, evidence-based, group-learning facilitation skills using art. Your small peer group will be guided through exercises, image discussions, reflections, readings, live facilitation practice with individualized coaching, and the research foundations of what we do.\nThe VTS Beginner Practicum Online extends a warm welcome to newcomers and those with minimal experience in VTS.  Come join us!\nThis is an online training, using Zoom, slide decks, our online image curriculums and Google pages. Information for accessing the course materials will be emailed to participants two weeks before the start of the course.\nParticipants must be able to attend all meetings to complete this course. In addition to class meetings, participants should plan to complete assigned readings and reflections between each class. This course is scheduled in Pacific time zone. Please check your personal time zone alignment before registering. \n\n*Course must meet the minimum enrollment requirement in order to run.*\n\nClass time: 10:00am – 12:00pm Pacific Time\n\nMonday, January 13\nTuesday, January 14\nThursday, January 16\nTuesday, January 21\nThursday, January 23\nMonday, January 27\n\nAll VTS programs are offered at the price it costs us to offer them. We want to share learning.
