With the VTS Coaching Workshop I, you’ll harness the power of your VTS experience to elevate others.  The Coaching Workshop I is your launchpad, propelling you into the art of feedback processes of both group coaching and intimate one-on-one coaching sessions.\nTogether, we’ll delve deep into the intricacies of guidance, critical questions, and the VTS Coaching Cycle, exploring techniques that unlock potential, foster growth, and inspire practitioners to flourish.  This is an empowering opportunity to be a guiding force in your VTS community.\nThe VTS Coaching Workshop I is for experienced VTS practitioners who have completed the Beginner and Advanced Practicums and want to support others in learning VTS. The Coaching Workshop I focuses on strengthening facilitation skills necessary in feedback processes during group coaching and one-on-one coaching sessions.\nELIGIBILITY:  You MUST have participated in a VTS Practicum & VTS Advanced Practicum (in-person or online).\nParticipants must be able to attend all meetings to complete this course. In addition to class meetings, participants should plan to complete assigned readings and reflections between each class. This course is scheduled in Pacific time zone.
