Gretchen Baudenbacher was first involved with VTS from 1999-2005, when she focused on image selection and coordinated the production of the VTS curriculum and image sets. She also assisted with national VTS institutes for teachers and museum educators. Gretchen stepped away from VTS to pursue other educational endeavors and work opportunities, then rejoined VTS in 2009 to continue her work as a VTS trainer and program coordinator. As a current VTS Trainer, Gretchen’s primary focus is on the coordination and implementation of VTS programs in New York City elementary, middle and high schools. Gretchen is based in New York City and holds a B.A. in art history, and an M.A. in media ecology.
