We are grateful for this community that values connectedness and the creative possibilities found when we slow down, observe, and listen to our collective wonderings. We hope this message finds you well.
In this time of uncertainty we are leaning into the skills that VTS activates: creativity, reflection, and flexibility, along with a profound belief that together is stronger. We take our lead from the teachers and educators around the world who are showing us how to stay connected with students and with communities of learners.
To support the ways you use VTS in your work and lives, we have added some features to the website. Please take a look at the resource pages created for this time of online learning. We will post a new image each weekday from the VTS curriculum, as well as downloadable resources for teachers and families. You will also find a link to the New York Times Learning Network’s feature What’s Going On In This Picture?, with hundreds of images to spark discussion or writing.
Though we will miss working in person with many of you as we hit “pause” on in-person workshops and trainings, we move together, with gentleness, open hearts and minds and continue to ask, “What more can we find?”
Sending our best wishes to you all.
