This page explains how users of the old VTS site can find their new usernames, reset their passwords, and log in to the new site.
Go to the login page
From any page, logged-out users can get to the login page by clicking “Log in” on the coral-colored user bar.
Request to reset your password
Once on the login page, look for the “Lost your password” prompt and click “Recover it here”. (This is a necessary step, as your current username and password will no longer work.)
Send the reset-password link
On the subsequent screen, enter the address associated with your user account (it will be the address at which you received a message from us), and click Reset Password.
Check your email
Now go check your email for a message from the website. The message will include your new username and a link to reset your password. Click that link. (Note that this message could get stuck in your spam or junk-mail folders, so be sure to look there if you’re not finding it.)
Reset your password
Back at the website, enter your new password. (You’ll need to enter it twice, and you may be challenged to make it more difficult, for security purposes.)
Go back to the login page
Once you’ve created a new password, you’ll be prompted to log in using your new credentials. Click the “Log in” button.
Back at the My Account page, enter your new credentials.
On successful login, users with active subscriptions will be redirected to the new dashboard page. (Customers who are not subscribers will be redirected to the My Account page. Both groups of users should see new account-specific options in the coral-colored navigational bar at the top of the page.)
