The VTS Coaching Workshop ll Online provides more time for practice and reflection for those who have completed VTS Coaching Workshop l (online or in-person). The VTS Coaching Workshop II Online offers intensive coaching practice, in partnership with the concurrent VTS Beginner Practicum Online class. Careful attention will be paid to both technical and facilitation skills involved in advanced coaching practices. Participants will explore the challenges of coaching more skilled facilitators, practice observation with note-taking, and consider various strategies for successful coaching sessions.

This is an online training. We will be utilizing digital platforms such as Zoom and Google. Information for accessing the course materials will be emailed to participants before the start of the course.
Participants must be able to attend all meetings to complete this course. In addition to class meetings, participants should plan to complete assigned readings and reflections between each class. This course is scheduled in Pacific time zone. Please check your personal time zone alignment before registering. *Course must have a minimum of 10 enrolled in order to run.*
